The three Englishmen arrested on board a yacht carrying €80m of cocaine off the West Cork coast in September, have been further remanded in custody.
28 year old Thomas Bitteon, 35 year old Benjamin Mellor and 70 year old John Powell appeared via video link at Cork District Court today.
Gardai again outlined how the complicated case is still under investigation.
The one tonne of cocaine seized on board the yacht, The Makayabella - was one of the largest in Ireland in recent years.
Judge Leo Malone remanded all three accused in continuing custody to appear again at Cork District Court on December 11th via video link.
