Buckingham Palace says it's 'deeply disappointed' that film apparently showing the Queen performing a Nazi salute has been made public.

Her Majesty was seven when the home video which has been obtained by The Sun was shot in 1933.

Man due in court in the North in connection with Paul McCauley murder

A man is due in court in the North this morning in connection with the murder of Paul McCauley.

The former civil servant died in a care facility last month, nine years after being severely beaten in a sectarian attack in Derry when he was 29.

Iran's says a nuclear deal "won't change" stance towards US

Iran's supreme leader says a nuclear deal "won't change" the country's stance towards the United States.

Tehran struck an agreement with other world powers that limits its nuclear programme, in return for the lifting of sanctions.

In a speech, the supreme leader says although Iran would not welcome war - he warned that if there was one, the United States would be humiliated.

The comments coincide with an Islamic State car bomb North of Bagdad that has killed 100 people.

This evening a band of heavy, thundery rain will move across Ireland from the Atlantic to affect all areas for a time leading to some surface flooding and poor visibility.
