That will clear to mainly dry conditions in the west before midday and around the country this afternoon.

There will be good sunny spells developing in most places by evening.

Dry tonight under mostly clear skies, apart from the odd light shower in northwest.

A few mist patches will form towards dawn in light westerly or variable breezes.
