Irish ambassador to Turkey confirms Irish-Algerian family injured in a suicide attack today

The Irish ambassador to Turkey has confirmed that an Irish-Algerian family were injured in a suicide attack in Turkey today. Five people died in the blast at a shopping district in Istanbul - three Israelis and two Iranians. Another 36 people were injured in the blast.

Ireland's only female pro boxer was in Juarez, Mexico last weekend to contest the WBC World Super-Flyweight title against the champion Zulina 'La Loba' Munoz.
