Members of the Dáil will vote later on a bill to repeal the 8th amendment.
It is being tabled by Independent TDs Ruth Coppinger and Joe Higgins - and calls for a referendum to allow the section of the constitution that outlaws abortion be changed.
Women from the ROSA group will hold a banner outside Leinster House before the vote, calling in particular for the Labour party to support the Bill.
