Teachers are reassuring parents that any strike action over Croke Park 2 will not affect the summer exams.
The three main teacher unions are threatening industrial action, if the government goes ahead with more changes to their pay and conditions.
The ASTI, INTO and TUI will each vote next month on whether to proceed with strike action.

General Secretary of the ASTI, Pat King, says the action will not happen before the summer, so parents should not be concerned about disruption to Junior or Leaving Cert exams. But he said teachers have had enough:
