The Taoiseach has signalled he will shake-up his ministerial team in a Cabinet re-shuffle in the second half of next year.
Enda Kenny says the government will be far too busy during the European Union Presidency so Ministers are "safe until July".
With Ireland taking up the Presidency on January 1st the coalition will be busy not just running the country, but also at least partly running Europe.
Re-shuffle after EU Presidency
Ministers will be involved in more than 1,600 meetings here in Dublin, Brussels and in other European capitals.
But by the Autumn of next year the coalition will be half way through it's five year term and Enda Kenny has signalled in the past that he would shake up his team by then.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny says they will be so busy it guarantees there will not be a re-shuffle in the first 6 months of the year.
Speaking earlier today, the Taoiseach also had this Chrsitmas message for Ireland.
