Negotiations to resolve a roster row at Aer Lingus will resume today.

Management and officials from IMPACT held almost seven hours of talks at Dublin Airport yesterday.

The dispute centres on a demand from cabin crew for a new rostering arrangement, of five days on and three days off.

The workers involved staged a one day strike last Friday, with the threat of further industrial action looming.

IMPACT is also looking for the travel privileges of cabin crew to be reinstated after they were withdrawn on Tuesday.

However Michael Landers from IMPACT says the airline has not yet acceded to the request:

Talks began again yesterday after Friday's one day stoppage went ahead, causing disruption for passengers.
