30% of young men aged 17-24 have admitted to accepting a lift from a drunk driver.

The results are from a survey for AA motor insurance, which questioned 15,000 people nationwide.

On a county level, the highest number of people who'd travelled with a driver they knew had consumed alcohol, was in Wicklow, followed by Louth, Kilkenny, Longford, and Meath.
