A special help-line is available today, for people who are feeling lonely over the Christmas period.
The group Dare to Live SOS, who are a group of people who've survived suicide, are reaching out to people who are feeling vulnerable to contact them.
The number to dial is 01 857 6901, and the phone-line is open this afternoon from 12 midday until 3pm.

The group also run a blog - which is available online at 'Dare to live SOS DOT Blogspot DOT IE'.
