SIPTU says it is very concerned after an English-language school in Dublin closed its doors to staff and students.
A notice on the door of Leinster College says it will be closed until November 7th because of a "weak financial situation".
However, the trade union fears the school will shut down permanently.

In a statement, the 20-strong teaching staff at the college say they have been "blindsided" by the closure.
Many also say they have gone without pay for several weeks.
