It was reported over the weekend that the former co-owner of Treasury Holdings, developer Johnny Ronan, is to team up with US billionaire investor, Wilbur Ross and Cardinal Capital to develop Dublin’s highest building at Tara Street Station on the Liffey, opposite Liberty Hall at an expected cost of €130m.

Sunday Independent reports that Ronan has partnered with CIE, which owned the site before, developing the National Convention Centre on Spencer Dock and Google’s Montevetro Headquarter building, currently the city’s highest building, at Grand Canal Station.

Meanwhile it’s reported that NAMA has sought tenders for the sale of the Gresham Hotel on O’Connell Street, possibly for up to €70m
