Santa and his elves will make a surprise trip to Crumlin's Children's Hospital in Dublin today to visit all the boys and girls who are feeling ill.
It is being organised by the WALK group which provides support and respite services to people with intellectual disabilities and their families.

CEO of the group Joe Mason says people with intellectual disabilities came up with the idea and have planned the event.
He says it is important we realise they have a lot to contribute to their communitiessaying "it can be very high in peoples' perceptions that people with disabilities take from society".
He adds that the group wants to show how much they have to offer.
