Up to 200 people protested outside a Dublin Garda station last night.
The protests at Coolock Garda station came after the arrest of anti-water charge protesters earlier today. The protests began at approximately 7.30pm. Protesters have since dispersed.
There were no arrests made at the protest outside the Garda station.
However, it is believed that some Gardai used pepper spray during the demonstration.
Two men and one woman were arrested while protesting Taoiseach Enda Kenny’s visit to the Sports Surgery Clinic in Santry. Scuffles broke out between protesters and gardai at the event. The three arrested individuals have since been released.
Garda sources estimate there are close to 200 people outside the Garda station.
