A probe has concluded that the wife of the First Minister of Northern Ireland breached rules in the Stormont Assembly.
The actions of Peter and Iris Robinson have been investigated by a probe into Iris Robinson's use of thousands of pounds to fund the business of her teenage lover.
It found that Mr Robinson did not breach the Assembly's code of conduct, but his wife did.
Mr Robinson has come under scrutiny after it emerged his wife - who was then an MLA - obtained stg£50,000 from two property developers.
She used the cash to help her lover, Kirk McCambley, secure a tender for south Belfast cafe the Lock Keeper's Inn.
The inquiry has found the DUP leader did not infringe on the assembly's code.
However, his wife broke a Stormont rule by not publicly declaring that she had received cash from the developers.
The scandal, which came to light in 2010, also irreparably Mrs. Robinson's political career.
She stepped aside from public life, while the First Minister temporarily delegated his responsibilities to concentrate on clearing his name.
