A Post Mortem will be carried out on the body of a man found in Co. Donegal Yesterday.

The body was discovered close to where searches had been carried out for a missing man.

At around 5pm yesterday evening, a body was found in a river in Carroreigh, Bridgend in Co. Donegal. The body has not yet been identified.

However, the area where the body was found is close to where searches were being carried out for missing Derry man Gerry McCluskey.

He has been mising since Monday the 27th of October. His jeep had been found in nearby Burt in Co. Dongeal just last week.

The State Pathologist was notified last night and a post mortem will get underway later this morning.
