Easter Sunday should fall on the same Sunday every year - according to the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Most Rev Justin Welby has joined a number of Anglican leaders to discuss the 2,000-year controversy alongside representatives from the Roman Catholic and Orthodox churches.

Currently, Easter falls on the first Sunday following the first full moon after the vernal equinox around March 21. This means it can fall on any Sunday between March 22 and April 25.

The plan, which would schedule the Christian festival on the same Sunday each year, is expected to be welcomed by parents and schools but may anger traditionalists.

What do you think? Does it make sense to keep it on the same Sunday each year? Take our poll below.
