The parents of the Boston bombing suspects have been speaking at a news conference in their native Dagestan in Russia.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is still recovering in hospital after being wounded in a manhunt during which his brother was killed.
The parents have blamed the United States for the loss of their children saying America took their kids away.
The CIA has meanwhile confirmed it wanted one of the suspects placed on a terrorist database 18 months ago.
The agency had the elder brother - Tamerlan Tsarnev - added to the TIDE database after Russian authorities raised concerns about his activities and alerted their US counterparts.
Last Friday night saw the town of Waterown in Massechussetts go into lockdown as police tried to capture the two brothers. Tamerlan and a police officer were killed during a shootout between officers and the pair.
The boys' parents have confirmed they have been speaking to U.S. authorities. However they refuse to believe their children were responsible for the attack last week in which 3 people died and more than 170 others injured.
The suspects' father is planning to go to Boston as soon as he can. But their mother is concerned she will not be allowed access to her one surviving son.
