If you log on to Twitter this morning, you may see a hashtag trending that's slightly questionable; #piggate. And no, it's not about the attack of a lot of killer pigs. In fact, it's much worse than that...
According to a new biography of David Cameron, Call Me Dave by Lord Ashcroft, it is rumoured that the Prime Minister once put a private part of his anatomy into a dead pig's head for a college ritual.
The book claims that an MP recounted the story to the authors and worse again, there may be photographic evidence according to the Daily Mail.
There are also a number of allegations involving Cameron and drug use in the book written by former political editor Isabel Oakeshott.
Further extracts from the book are going to be published during the course of the week, and if the first day is anything to go by the biography is likely to be a significant talking point during conference season (though not, perhaps, in Mr Cameron's earshot).
Downing Street has said it refuses to "dignify" the book. A spokesman for the Prime Minister said Lord Ashcroft "set out his reasons for writing a book" and said they would not "dignify this book by offering comment".
Of course, Twitter has taken the cause and run with it.
Wakey wakey everyone! Your glorious leader likes his pork cold! #piggate #hameron

For the first time in the history of broadcasting a Radio 4 paper review contains no mention of the main story in The Mail. #piggate

It's been an entertaining night, but one thing stands out in the whole #piggate saga. Not one person has said "nah, he wouldn't do that"
