The jury at the inquest into the deaths of those killed in the Cork air crash of 2011 have returned verdicts of accidental death.
Six people died when the Manx 2 flight from Belfast crashed at the side of the runway on its third attempt to land in thick fog.
Six other people survived the incident.
Coroner Frank O'Connell told the jury they were entitled to conclude from the evidence that the pilots were doing their best to land the plane safely and that the weather conditions at the time were a significant factor.
One survivor - Heather Elliott (57) - who was en route to visit her mother in Cork when the crash happened told the coroner yesterday how she was terrified she would be burned alive after the plane hit the ground.
Survivors have also praised the speed and efficiency of the rescue operation by emergency services at Cork Airport.
