14 people have been arrested after a series of raids across three counties today.
Gardaí said 67 searches have been carried out across Limerick, Clare and Tipperary today as part of Operation Coronation.
The operation targets organised crime, drug trafficking and money laundering in the Limerick area.
Items seized included approximately €220,000 in euros, sterling, dirham (the UAE currency) and old Irish currency; deeds to a property in Dubai; a car valued at approximately €50,000; and €100,000 worth of jewellery and luxury watches.
Two cocaine presses and €23,500 of suspected drugs were also seized.
A total of 13 men and one woman were arrested during today's operations.
Three of those were arrested for suspected money laundering offences.
Over 170 uniformed gardaí carried out today's searches with the support of the Criminal Assets Bureau, the Emergency Response Unit, the Armed Response Unit and the Dog Unit.
Three teams of Irish Army Search Engineers, the Army EOD team and the Army Helicopter were also deployed.
Gardaí said the operation aims to “address the accumulation of wealth by those engaged in serious and ongoing criminality.”
