The Right 2 Water campaign group held a protest outside Fine Gael's national conference in Mayo today.
The demonstration at the Government party's meeting in Castlebar called for the immediate release of anti-water charge protesters who were jailed this week.
Organisers of the protest say the event comes ahead of national demonstration planned for the 21st of March.
During the protest, Newstalk reporter Páraic Gallagher was asked to leave:

However, a Dublin City Councillor taking part in an anti-water charge protest says she didn't ask him to leave the demonstration.
Paraic Gallagher was asked to leave for "provoking" participants.
