Lupita Nyong'o is having a very good year. Her role in 12 Years A Slave ended up winning her the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress - particularly impressive since it was her feature film debut.

This week, the Mexican-Kenyan was announced as People magazine's 'Most Beautiful Person' for 2014. The news was widely covered in the US media, and resulted in a lot of interesting pronunciations of her name.
