Jason Lee, the New York investment banker accused of raping an Irish J1 student in 2013, has been found not guilty.
The court found that the defence had not met the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
Prosecutors alleged that the former Goldman Sachs executive assaulted the 20-year-old Irish student at a summer house in the Hamptons.

Lee claimed the sex was consensual and insisted on his innocence throughout. He pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree rape, sexual misconduct and assault.
