A new website is being launched to provide information on mental health support services around Ireland.

YourMentalHealth.ie is part of an awareness campaign by the National Office for Suicide Prevention.

It focuses on the 'little things' that can help people feeling under pressure - such as keeping active, talking to others and drinking less alcohol.

People are also being asked to get involved and help others by sharing their tips for feeling well on social media with the #LittleThings tag.

Gerry Raleigh is the Director of the National Office for Suicide Prevention, and explained the reasons behind the creation of the new website:
