Scientists claim to have found a way to predict if someone will get Alzheimers within the next three years.

Researchers in the US have created a blood test which can tell - with 90 per cent accuracy - whether or not the disease will develop.

They say the findings could help treat Alzheimers at an earlier stage - and will now be tested further.
