Mortgage arrears have continued to drop, new figures from the Central Bank show.
The number of loans in arrears for more than 90 days fell by more than 3,300 in the first three months of this year to just over 93,000.
The Central Bank says this is the second consecutive quarter that the level of arrears has fallen.

But the Office has warned that while short-term arrears are declining, the number of mortgages more than two years in arrears rose by 5%.
The Central Bank figures also show that more than 92,000 mortgages have been restructured.
