Hillary Clinton has officially accepted the Democratic Party's nomination to run for President.
She won the nomination over rival Bernie Sanders, but has vowed to work with him on a progressive platform.
She gave credit to Mr Sanders, saying he put economic and social issues front and centre and that America needs his ideas and passion.
Mrs Clinton will face Republican nominee Donald Trump in November's election.

Three former banking executives will be sentenced today for their parts in a conspiracy to defraud lenders and depositors in Anglo Irish Bank.
The judge has a wide range of options open to him including community service and an unlimited term of imprisonment.
Former Anglo executives Willie McAteer and John Bowe were convicted last month along with Irish Life & Permanent’s former CEO Denis Casey following the longest criminal trial in the history of the state.

A law change to shorten bankruptcy proceedings will see 800 people become debt free from today.
They were among the first group to apply when a new system was introduced last year.
The rules allow those who racked up personal debt during the recession to exit bankruptcy after just one year - down from the previous three year time limit.

Irish Rail drivers will be balloted for industrial action in a long running dispute over working conditions at the company.
It is after talks between SIPTU, the NBRU and management at the company broke down at the Workplace Relations Commission yesterday.
In a statement, SIPTU says the decision to ballot drivers was made after management refused to engage in a talks process recommended by the Labour Court.

The HSE has issued a warning about a drug described as being hundreds of times more potent than heroin.
The opiate 'Fentanyl' has been linked to five drug-related deaths in Cork and Dublin in recent weeks.
It was also cited in toxicology tests following the death of entertainer Prince who died from an accidental overdose in the US earlier this year.
