Organisers say about 10,000 thousand girls are taking part in open auditions for a part in a Harry Potter spin-off film.

There is only one role up for grabs in Eddie Redmayne's 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them'.

The directors are searching for the perfect girl to play the character called Modesty.

Girls, aged between eight and 12, have turned up in London to see if they've got what the casting director is looking for.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and available for shooting between August 2015 and January 2016.
