Two, one day strikes are looming at Aer Lingus this month.

Talks between union IMPACT and management at the company over staff rosters broke down last night.

The 16th and 18th of June are the dates given for industrial action, unless bosses at Aer Lingus intervene for further talks.

Union spokesperson Michael Landers doesn't hold out much hope of that happening.
