Gardai investigating the murder of a man shot dead in Dublin last month have released a man without charge.

27 year old Michael Kelly was gunned down near the junction of Suir Road and Davitt Road on July 15th.

A man in his 20's was arrested last night for questioning at Kevin Street Garda Station in Dublin.

He was released without charge this evening and Gardai say their investigation is continuing.
