The man who was arrested earlier this week in connection with the murder of 55-year-old Dan Murray in Belfast has been released unconditionally.
Mr Murray, a takeaway driver, was making a delivery to an address in the west of the city on Monday evening when he was shot dead in his car.
Police said he appeared to have been lured to his death by a fake order. The call for the order came from a public telephone box not far from the scene of the crime.
The gunman or gunmen is thought to have waited for Mr Murray to arrive at the Lady Street address before killing him.
The 38-year-old man who was detained over the murder on Wednesday has now been released, police said.
