A man has died while working on a digger in Co Clare today.
The incident in Fanore happened just before four o'clock - it is understood the man in his early 50s became trapped beneath the bucket.
Gardaí are investigating and file to coroner's court.

Separately the Health and Safety Authority's investigating the death of a man in a farm accident also in County Clare last night.
Emergency services were alerted around 7 o'clock last night after a man was injured in an accident involving machinery while working on his farm in Shragh, Doonbeg.
Post mortems are to be carried out on both men at the University Hospital Limerick.
