A man (39) has been seriously injured after a shooting incident in Bray, Co Wicklow.
It happened just after midnight this morning when a number of shots were fired through the window of a house in the Heatherwood Estate.
The man was hit in the upper body.

He was taken St Vincent's Hospital where his condition is described as serious.
A woman (41) who was also in the house at the time was uninjured. The house is sealed off for a technical examination.
