A man has drowned while swimming in a lake in Co. Kerry.
The 20 year old was with a friend in Lough Leane in Killarney when he got into difficulty.
The alarm was raised at around 6 o'clock this evening.

The coastguard helicopter from Shannon, along with Ballybunnion Coastguard Unit were quickly dispatched to the scene.
About an hour later the man's body was recovered from the water. He's believed to be from the local area.
