A motorcyclist has died following a crash in County Kerry.

Two cars were also involved in the collision which took place just before 10pm yesterday.

It happened at Listellick, on the Tralee to Abbeydorney road, which remains closed this morning.

A 53-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and brought to Tralee General Hospital where a post mortem will be carried out.

Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact gardaí in Tralee.
