A man in his 60s has died in Co Sligo after being hit by a vehicle while working on the roadside.
The incident happened on the N4 Sligo to Dublin road outside Castlebaldwin just before midday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and removed to Sligo General Hospital

A man in his 50s was also airlifted to University College Hospital Galway, and two other men were taken to Sligo Regional Hospital.
The road between Boyle and Castlebaldwin is closed and motorists are being advised that diversions are in place.
