A motorcyclist has died in a crash in Co Wicklow.

The collision happened at around 6.25pm this evening on the Farrenkelly Road in Greystones.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene after coming off his motorcycle. 

The road is closed to facilitate a forensic examination of the scene and diversions are in place.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
