A man has been convicted of harrassing X Factor winner Joe McElderry and his mother.
53 year old Ennis McBride, from Stockport, was found guilty at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court.

The judge fined him £1,000 ordered him to pay costs and put in place a five year restraining order, preventing him from contacting the singer or his mother.
