PSNI officers have arrested a man over a murder in Belfast 20 years ago.

Detectives investigating the fatal shooting of Joseph Reynolds while he was on his way to work in east Belfast in 1993 detained the suspect (46) in England this week.

Police in the North recently reopened the case. Just over a week ago another man (50) who had been arrested for questioning in relation to Mr Reynolds' death was released without charge.
