A man remains in custody this morning in connection with the seizure of an estimated €140,000 worth of heroin in Dublin.
At around 3:10pm yesterday afternoon, gardaí stopped a vehicle in the Arbour Hill area after seeing "four persons acting suspiciously".
The four people fled the scene, while a bag containing a large amount of heroin was seized.
A man in his 20s was arrested, and he is being held at Store Street Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drugs Trafficing Act 1996.
Gardaí say their investigation into the seizure is ongoing.
