A man in his 60s has been arrested in connection with a fatal road collision in Co Offaly.
The incident occurred on June 14th this year on Clonmeen Cross Road near Rhode Village at around 10.50am.
A man in his 50s had been walking on the road when he was hit by a car.

He was pronounced dead at the scene while another man was taken to hospital with injuries.
The man who was arrested today is due to appear before Tullamore District Court tomorrow morning charged in relation to the incident.
