There are no services on the Luas Red Line between Smithfield and The Point/Connolly after a crash involving a car and a tram at Jervis Street this morning.

Services are operating between Tallaght and Smithfield.

Emergency services are at the scene at Jervis Street.

Luas operator Transdev has apologised for any inconvenience caused.

Tickets remain valid on Dublin Bus throughout the disruption.

Red Line services are currently operating between Tallaght/Saggart-Smithfield due to an accident at Jervis. Services are suspended between Smithfield-The Point/Connolly. Emergency services are on site. Tickets will be accepted on Dublin Bus for the duration of this disruption.

There was no service between Blackhorse-Connolly and The Point for around an hour this morning after the crash.

At the time, Luas operator Transdev said the disruption was due to an “earlier medical emergency.”
