Dublin Fire Brigade has brought a large fire under control at an industrial unit in west Dublin.

The blaze was reported just after 5am at a furniture warehouse on the Kilshane Drive in Mulhuddart in Blanchardstown.

A spokesperson says it started in the roof and two fire crews remain at the scene.

There were no injuries.

Meanwhile, there was a fire at a restaurant in Malahide Castle this morning, which has been brought under control by three units of the fire brigade.
