There's condemnation today of a Youtube video of 2 Western men harrassing a south Korean girl - at least one of the men appears to sound Irish.
The video is making headlines in Korea and around the world.
The Washington Post is carrying a blog on the video, which includes a link to the Youtube video, as is Irish website Broadsheet.ie - though they have only uploaded a short clip.
The video shows a young Korean woman, apparently in a nightclub, being goaded and verbally abused by a number of unidentified men - one of whom has an Irish accent.
Korean media first rounded on the video last month - but it was quickly removed from YouTube, which cited a policy "prohibiting content designed to harass, bully or threaten."
The video has resurfaced again - prompting outrage against the Western men.
