The Justice Minister says he's disappointed that all 4 religious congregations involved in the Magdalene Laundries won't be making a financial contribution to the redress fund set up by the government.
There's been outrage from support groups that the Good Shepherd Sisters, The Sisters of Our Lady of Charity, The Sisters of Mercy and Sisters of Charity have refused to help with the scheme.
They say they'll help in other ways including providing care for 100 or so women who are still in residential care.
