As France continues to deal with the fallout from terror attacks last week, one man says he has a plan to destroy the group taking responsibility for them.
US presidential hopeful John Kasich has released a new campaign video, which references the attacks in Paris.
It also says he is "the first with a plan to destroy ISIS".
In the video Kasich, who is Chairman of the US House Budget Committee, says: "Time is of the essence. Negotiation, ambivalence or delay are not acceptable".
According to the video, his plan includes to invoke article 5 of NATO, arm the Kurds to fight ISIS on the ground, and create no-fly zones in Syria.
This principle of NATO's article 5 states that an attack on one ally shall be considered an attack on all allies.
