Islamic State has claimed responsibility for two bomb explosions at a mosque in Yemen.
The blasts in the capital Sana'a killed at least 28 people.
The death toll is expected to rise further.
AFP reports that radical Sunni Muslim IS released a statement claiming the attack was to "avenge Muslims against the Rafidah (Shiites)", a group they consider heretics.
The latest attack comes only hours after the International Red Cross announced that two of its staff members - a field officer and a driver, both from Yemen - were killed in the country after a gunman opened fire on a convoy.
The incident happened between the cities of Saada and Sana'a.
The head of the ICRC delegation in Yemen, Antoine Grand, said, "The ICRC condemns in the strongest possible terms what appears to have been the deliberate targeting of our staff. Our thoughts and sympathy are with the families and loved ones of our colleagues.
"It is premature for us at this point to determine the impact of this appalling incident on our operations in Yemen. At this time, we want to collect ourselves as a team and support each other in processing this incomprehensible act," he added.
