Irish workers want their bosses to get better at listening to their ideas.

92% of employees who took part in an href="http://irishjobs.ie/">Irishjobs.ie survey, say their ideas could help businesses thrive.

Four in five believe business success may be driven significantly by ideas from workers.

Three quarters of those questioned said they are encouraged to come up with new ideas by management. 24% work in a place where a scheme to reward ideas exists.

And a massive 80% of workers want to take part in a monthly creative thinking workshop but only 13% currently do that.
