Ireland lost against Wales 5 to 31 in Cardiff on March 25th and against France 3 to 53 in Cork on April 1st.

Italy have also lost every match they played so far this season having lost to France and England.

Manager Greg McWilliams has made three changes to the squad with Lauren Delany, Anna McGann and Ailsa Hughes coming into the starting line-up. They will replace Molly Scuffil-McCabe, Vicky Irwin and Meabh Deely.

This is McGann’s first international start after being named at inside centre with the forwards unchanged from the defeat to France.

Wales are also due to play England in Cardiff at 2.15pm today.
